Marin REALTORS® Membership Forms
Below are the various Membership Forms regarding your Marin REALTOR® membership. Please complete your necessary forms and email the completed forms to MemberServices@MarinREALTORS.org
REALTOR® or Broker Membership Application
Apply to become a REALTOR®, Broker or Affiliate member through our Membership Application. For information about initial fees and dues, please contact the Association office at MemberServices@MarinREALTORS.org or 415-507-1000. Payment authorization will be sent upon receipt of completed application.
Update Your Member Information
Complete the Member Change Form if you need to update your office information, office severance or contact information.
Complete the Member Cancellation Form is you wish to terminate your Marin REALTORS® membership.
Supra Keys and Lockboxes
Complete the Cooperating Key Receipt Form to get cooperating access to the Marin REALTORS®/BAREIS Area.
Complete the Lockbox Transfer Form to transfer or sell your lockbox to a new owner.
Complete the eKEY Cancellation Form to cancel your eKEY service and return the form to MemberServices@MarinREALTORS.org
Referral Only Forms – Broker Use ONLY
Complete the Limited Referral Only (LFRO) Certification Form to certify that the undersigned Designated REALTOR® (or his/her firm) has a direct or indirect ownership interest in an entity engaged exclusively in soliciting and/or referring clients and customers to the REALTOR® for consideration on a substantially exclusive basis and are not participants or subscribers in any Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”).
Complete the Limited Referral Agent Only (LFRO) Form to certify a licensee affiliated is solely engaged in referring clients and customers and is not engaged in listing, selling, leasing, renting, managing, counseling, appraising or arranging financing for real property and is not a participate in subscribe in any MLS and/or Supra.
Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Only Forms
Complete the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Certification Form to certify that the undersigned Designated REALTOR® (or his firm) has a direct or indirect ownership interest in an entity engaged in the real estate business which provides services for which a Mortgage Loan Originators license endorsement (MLO) is required. You must provide a list of the affiliated MLO licensees and certify that all of the listed licensees (1) have an MLO license or endorsement, (2) are not engaged in real estate licensed activities except those for which an MLO is required, and (3) are not participants or subscribers in any Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”).
Complete the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Form to certify that the entered licensee affiliated with the below MLO entity: (1) is an MLO license or endorsement, (2) is not engaged in real estate licensed activities except those for which an MLO is required, and (3) is not a participant or subscriber in any MLS.
